The Saucy Roller started in 2013 when our founder — a lifelong New Yorker — got fed up with the revolving door of contractors who showed up late, cut corners, and left messes behind. He figured: there had to be a better way to run a renovation crew in this city.
Twelve years later, we've completed over 500 projects across all five boroughs — from pre-war co-ops on the Upper West Side to modern condos in Williamsburg, Forest Hills Tudors to Riverdale colonials. We've become the crew that interior designers, architects, and building managers recommend by name.
What hasn't changed: we're still in-house only. We still show up on time. We still treat every job like it's the most important apartment in New York. Because to the people living in it, it is.
